Advanced Technology
At PVE Equipment USA, our advanced vibratory hammers and power packs are the result of years of hands-on experience and close collaboration with customers. Built for performance in extreme conditions, from -40°F to 122°F, they’re engineered to handle demanding onshore and offshore jobs with:
Our vibratory hammers are trusted across a wide range of applications, from driving sheet piles and casings to soil densification and vertical drainage. They can even operate at depths of up to 800 feet underwater. Unlike traditional methods, vibratory hammers offer faster, easier operation with less wear on materials and lower project costs.
Conventional hammers operate at a constant eccentric moment, causing disruptive vibrations at start-up and stop. Our Variable Moment (VM) hammers eliminate these risks by starting at zero vibration, then automatically ramping up as needed. This makes them safe for use near buildings and in urban environments.
Pile foundations support structures where the upper soil layer can’t bear heavy loads. Depending on soil conditions and project needs—like resisting uplift in high-tension environments, different piling methods are used. Accurate soil investigation is essential, and we offer tools like WEAP software to assess drivability for various elements.
Our Woltman rigs support a wide range of drilling techniques:
With over 15 years of experience in displacement drilling, we offer proven solutions for the most challenging conditions.
All our power packs now come with an integrated remote monitoring system. Accessible anywhere with internet access, this tool allows you to track performance, schedule maintenance, and reduce downtime across multiple units, delivering better efficiency and faster support.
