Innovation for Stronger, Safer Foundations

When to Use Hydraulic Vibratory Hammers

Our vibratory hammers are trusted across a wide range of applications, from driving sheet piles and casings to soil densification and vertical drainage. They can even operate at depths of up to 800 feet underwater. Unlike traditional methods, vibratory hammers offer faster, easier operation with less wear on materials and lower project costs.

Choosing the Right Hammer

Selecting the proper hydraulic hammer depends on the element’s size and weight, soil conditions, and proximity to nearby structures. We help customers match the right solution for each site.

VM Technology: Controlled Power, Safer Operations

Conventional hammers operate at a constant eccentric moment, causing disruptive vibrations at start-up and stop. Our Variable Moment (VM) hammers eliminate these risks by starting at zero vibration, then automatically ramping up as needed. This makes them safe for use near buildings and in urban environments.

High-Frequency Hammers for Urban Projects

Our high-frequency hammers operate at up to 2,300 RPM, producing minimal ground disturbance. Compared to low-frequency models, they dramatically reduce the radius of vibration, making them ideal for construction in densely populated areas.

Pile Foundations: Strength from the Ground Up

Pile foundations support structures where the upper soil layer can’t bear heavy loads. Depending on soil conditions and project needs—like resisting uplift in high-tension environments, different piling methods are used. Accurate soil investigation is essential, and we offer tools like WEAP software to assess drivability for various elements.

Efficient Pile Driving with Vibratory

Commonly used materials include precast concrete, steel tubes, and H-beams. Our equipment allows for repeated use of casings and efficient concrete placement, reducing waste and increasing productivity.

Advanced Drilling Rigs for Every Soil Type

Our Woltman rigs support a wide range of drilling techniques:

With over 15 years of experience in displacement drilling, we offer proven solutions for the most challenging conditions.

PVE Power Pack Monitoring System

All our power packs now come with an integrated remote monitoring system. Accessible anywhere with internet access, this tool allows you to track performance, schedule maintenance, and reduce downtime across multiple units, delivering better efficiency and faster support.
